James Bond's submarine car this is not....
Paddled over to see this at the boat ramp at the Roseville Bridge a couple of weeks ago. Whilst obviously a very ordinary place to park the car, it was pretty amusing to see how much the police were laughing!
I’m guessing alcohol and unlicensed driver, no? hahaha
