A little break at Roseville-Chase

Sometimes it’s only whilst sitting in a boat that you realise what else is inhabiting the water. Whilst on a great paddle from The Spit to Roseville, it became very apparent that I was sharing the waters with millions of “friends”, in the form of Jelly Fish.

Now I have nothing against jellies, except that when you swim into them they tend to make life somewhat painful. Plus in Australia, there are several varieties that kill you. So for me, much happier to be sitting in the kayak than swimming in the water.  🙂
