Hey Sean. Interesting to read that you copped a lot of flak over the use of the greenland paddle and had little social banter. That is a real shame. It’s the social banter that keeps me going through the night. Luckily I bumped into quite a few people up for a chat on the night, although I noticed as the pain increased the talk decreased ;).
Yeah, I expected a lot more. Maybe my expectations were too high? The friendliest people I met were you and your paddling partner!
