Today I spent a magnificent 3.5hrs on the beautiful waters of the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. Other than bloody sea-planes this was an invigorating 24km trek through pristine Australian bushland, red granite cliffs, waterfalls and circling white-bellied eagles. I’ll let the pics do the talking for this post. 🙂
Absolutely stunning.
I did not know that the waters of the Ku-ring-gai were so nice. They are going on my to do list. And good luck with the training.
Thanks Jeff! Actually this was my first time on these waters and if anything its made more determined to paddle the rest of it. There’s miles and miles of different creeks and bays, all of course leading eventually to the Pacific Ocean. It really is lovely – other than landing seaplanes and the occasional stink-boat towing waterskiers! 😉
