The modern world of POV-style cameras like the GoProHD and Contour has opened up the world of action-videos to sporty types all over the world. Team Fat Paddler are hardly the most skilled or fittest paddlers out there, but we do try to make some fun videos. Here are the top ten viewed video posts of 2012. Enjoy, FP.

BONUS – Vale Eric Soares the Wave Warrior
I’ve included this one as the world of ocean paddling lost a true pioneer during 2012 when Eric Soares of the Tsunami Rangers passed on. This video was very nearly in the 10th spot and deserves to be included, if not for any reason other than that in the history of paddling videos, the Tsunami Rangers made some of the earliest, craziest and for me personally, most inspiring. RIP Eric, never forgotten.
I gotta say this is one of my favourites, if anything just for the pre-race interviews! http://vimeo.com/39405124
